I’ve always had the urge to put on a wig or make up my hair and pretend to be a girl.
That didn’t seem to work so well when I had to deal with my mother’s illness, and I wasn’t sure I’d ever be able to get my hair straightened properly.
So when I found out Wal-mart was selling some of its signature products to help people who were suffering from depression, anxiety, or postpartum depression, I was excited.
The company even launched a campaign to sell the products to those who were struggling with depression or anxiety, and the campaign has been wildly successful.
And yet, after all the hype, I still have no idea what the difference is.
My hair is straightened by the company only once a month.
It’s done at home by my mother, who has no medical experience and just recently graduated from medical school.
I have no knowledge of how it’s done or whether I’m eligible for the treatment.
My mother and I are both in our 50s and we don’t have the money to pay for the therapy, let alone buy the wig or makeup I’ll need to feel normal.
But we have one thing in common: I want to know how Wal-Marts products work.
“When you feel down,” said Sarah Wiedemann, Wal-Mac’s vice president of communications, “the only thing you can do is buy a wig.”
And it works.
Wal-Madrid is using its brand name for its wig and makeup.
When I asked if it was a way for people to connect with the product, Wiedeman said: “It’s not like a wig.
It doesn’t change your face.
It makes you feel like a girl.”
I ask if it will help me feel normal, and she says: “I don’t think you’ll ever feel normal if you don’t look like a Wal-march.”
It’s easy to be convinced that there is something wrong with you, Wiesmann said.
But she said the beauty product has nothing to do with making you feel better.
“You look like you’re not wearing a wig,” she said.
“It just makes you look more confident.”
When I was a teenager, my mother and my grandmother would get together for dinner and share stories about the men they had married and the children they had.
She would tell stories about her mother’s depression and anxiety, but she would also talk about how her husband loved to dance and sing, and how he had a great sense of humor.
Walmart’s wig is just one example of how Walmarts products have helped her feel more confident.
But it’s not just Walmarks products that have helped me feel better in my life.
I’ve also started reading books and reading blogs and having my own blog, Wiebe, that focuses on the different types of products available at Wal-Martin stores.
I love the diversity of the products and how they’re used.
I’m excited about seeing the future of the product line.
Wiedema says the company has a vision for the future.
She says she’s proud of her team.
“We’re going to build the future in Wal- Mart,” she says.
“That’s the vision we have.
And that’s how I see Wal- marts future.”
